The Wallenpaupack Brewing Company is brewing a pink beer to raise awareness during Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Head Brewer CJ Penzone came up with the idea because his mother is a breast cancer survivor. He created a pink raspberry wheat beer. A portion of the proceeds go to the Susan G Komen Foundation of Northeast Pennsylvania. The brewery hopes to raise $1,000.

A new study ranked the ten most and least stressful cities in the world.  The least stressful is Stuttgart, Germany.  The least stressful in the U.S. is Seattle, which just missed the top ten at #12.  And the most stressful city is Baghdad.

More proof that TV is bad for your kids. Children who watch TV on weekdays tend to do worse in school than those who don’t. Weekend viewing appears to have no negative effects on schoolwork. The study of middle school students ranging in age from 9 to 15 years also found schoolwork suffered among those allowed to watch adult, or R-rated, movies and cable channels with adult programming.

A cigar half-smoked by British Prime Minister Winston Churchill during a 1947 trip to Paris has sold for around $12,000 during an online auction. The 4-inch cigar was bought Wednesdayevening by a collector from Palm Beach, Florida. The buyer’s name was not released. The auction company says Churchill smoked the cigar on May 11, 1947, at Le Bourget Airport.
