A flight in Indonesia was delayed for an hour yesterday, because of the horrible stench from the world’s smelliest fruit.  It’s called durian, its a delicacy, it reeks, and there were two tons of it in the cargo hold.  Everyone had to get off while the airline unloaded it, because passengers had been complaining before takeoff, and almost fought with the crew.

Remember that $750 million Powerball jackpot back on October 27th?  It was the third-largest Powerball jackpot in history.  And there were two winning tickets . . . one in New York that hasn’t been claimed, and one in Iowa that went missing.  But a 51-year-old grandmother named Lerynne West just found it.  She left it on the floor of her sister’s truck, and now gets $343.9 million.

China is on pace to pass France as the number one tourist destination in the world by 2030.

A 69-year-old guy in the Netherlands has begun a legal battle to be recognized as being 20 years younger than his actual age so he can go back to work and achieve greater success with women on Tinder. Emile Ratelband argues that if transgender people are allowed to change sex, he should be allowed to change his date of birth because doctors said he has the body of a 45-year-old. Ratelband was born on March 11, 1949 but says he feels at least 20 years younger and wants to change his birth date to March 11, 1969. He says, “When I’m on Tinder and it say I’m 69, I don’t get an answer. When I’m 49, with the face I have, I will be in a luxurious position.”
